We do some things differently here at Assessbank. We believe in fostering a culture of learning, collaboration and mutual support. We do not believe in the status quo and every member of the team gets to have fun playing in all tech related areas of the business. Because of that, all members of the engineering team have the same job description. Everyone gets a chance to design software, develop code, maintain existing code, do tech support, work with customers to solve issues, manage cloud services, build devops solutions, lead meetings, and present to clients. Don’t worry though, we arm you with all the tools you need to be successful, and you will have the opportunity to focus in areas that match your interests. You will grow along with the company with the support of your team behind you.
