Assessbank built a platform for a client which helps them track the performance and growth of their users—giving the client's the ability to create different cycles to track. Users can then complete their self-assessments which are customizable by the client. Users can then complete a Personal Development Plan and later a Personal Development Plan Review. All data across every cycle is stored for future use and review by Users, Registrants, and Admins
